How quickly can I get started with Algorei?
Most businesses are live within 7 to 14 days of onboarding. We handle the full setup, from configuring your AI receptionist to connecting your calendar and CRM. You don't need any technical knowledge.
Do I need to install any software or hardware?
No. Algorei is a fully managed, cloud-based platform. There is nothing to install on your end. We connect to your existing tools (phone system, calendar, email) and handle everything from our side.
What happens if the AI cannot handle a caller's request?
The AI receptionist is trained to qualify and assist callers for common scenarios. If a call requires human intervention, it is transferred to the right person on your team or a message is logged for follow-up. You always stay in control of escalation rules.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and do not share your data with third parties. Your contacts, call recordings, and business information remain private.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
